Who We Are

Soluções Integradas is a business support company: we provide consulting and engineering for retail, industry, services and IT companies. We organize processes, indicators and routines, mainly by project and always with the same delivery model.

We are headquartered in Natal/RN and have already provided services in Rio de Janeiro, Paraná, Santa Catarina and Mato Grosso. We are an engineering company registered with CREA-RN, with consultants accredited by IEL/RN, the Instituto Euvaldo Lodi of Rio Grande do Norte.

Leadership

André Cavalcanti

Operations Director

Mechanical engineer with a master's degree in Science, Technology and Innovation from UFRN, and the company's technical lead registered with CREA-RN. He was an industrial manager before joining Soluções Integradas and, as an undergraduate, Brazilian robotics champion in the IEEE Very Small Size category with UFRN's Poti team (2013). He leads the development of our in-house systems, such as ManOS, and the integration between technology and clients' real operations.

Arliandro Ramon

Commercial Director

Production engineer from UFRN. Responsible for commercial growth and the company's Business Process Management (BPM) projects. Maps and improves processes for clients in retail, industry, healthcare and the public sector.

Rodrigo Bessa

Administrative Director

Materials engineer with a master's degree in Science, Technology and Innovation from UFRN, with a dissertation on Business Process Management in food retail, and a specialization in Industry 4.0. As an undergraduate, he co-founded Solidus Jr, the junior enterprise of UFRN's Materials and Mechanical Engineering programs. He spent a year studying Cybernetics at Ålesund University College, Norway, through Science without Borders, and interned at ArcelorMittal's global research and development center. He is responsible for the implementation methodology and for quality and maintenance management projects, and leads clients' ISO compliance work.
